§ 152.03 NOTIFICATION.
   (A)   Should any person whose land abuts any street or alley in said town fail to trim his or her trees so as to cause same to comply with this subchapter, it shall be the duty of the Marshal of said town, upon approval of the Town Council so to do, to notify the owner to at once trim up such tree or trees to comply herewith, that should such owner fail, neglect or refuse to comply with such notice within ten days from time of receiving same, that such Marshal shall have, and he or she hereby is granted authority to trim such trees as to cause same to comply with this subchapter.

   (B)   Whenever any property owner of the town shall become aware of an unsafe condition caused by a tree or shrub located upon the right-of-way of the town, said property owner should notify the town immediately in order that the town can take corrective action by the removal of said dangerous condition.
