Any person licensed as a peddler or street vendor shall carry his or her license upon his or her person at all times when engaging in peddling or street vending activities, and it is unlawful for the person to refuse to show the license to any police officer or to any citizen who has been approached for the purpose of peddling or street vending, who demands to see the license.
