Any person violating the provisions of this chapter commits a Class C infraction and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount not to exceed $50, plus any and all attorney’s fees and costs of collection. Each day that a violation continues is considered a separate offense if not otherwise comprising a discrete act and violation.
