§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person who violates any one of the provisions of § 110.01 of this chapter commits a Class C infraction and shall, upon conviction, be fined in any sum not exceeding $50, plus any and all attorney’s fees and costs of collection. Each offense and each day such person, firm or corporation shall engage in any business, vocation or pursuit requiring a license under the provisions of § 110.01 of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   (1)   Failure to obtain a permit prior to a garage sale shall be deemed a Class C infraction, which will result in a fine of $50.
      (2)   In addition to the above fine, any person violating § 110.02 of this chapter shall be liable for any and all attorney’s fees and all other costs of collection.
