(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in the Board’s notice shall be guilty of a Class A infraction and, on conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $100 per day for said violation, plus any and all attorney’s fees and costs of collection, with each day that such violation continues being deemed a separate offense.

(C) Any violation of § 52.03 of this chapter shall be deemed a Class A infraction and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount not to exceed $50, plus any and all attorney’s fees and costs of collection. Each day a violation of § 52.03 of this chapter exists shall be deemed a separate infraction.

(D) A violation of § 52.25 of this chapter by any party shall be deemed a Class A infraction for each day said violation occurs subject to a fine in the amount of $500 for each such violation. Further, any such person found to violate §§ 52.15 through 52.29 of this chapter shall be responsible for any and all costs incurred to the town sewer system as well as any and all expenses incurred by said town, including but not limited to court costs and attorney’s fees.
(F) Any person found to be violating any provision of §§ 52.15 through 52.28 of this chapter shall be served by the town with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations.
(G) Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in division (F) of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $50 for each violation plus any and all attorney fees and costs of collection. Any subsequent admission or judgment of a violation of the same ordinance or code provision within a calendar year shall be subject to double the penalty set forth above as the total civil penalty plus any and all attorney’s fees and costs of collection.
(I) Any person desirous of connecting his or her residence or business sewer line to the sewer lines of the town shall pay the sum of $1,200 to the Town Clerk-Treasurer and shall receive a permit enabling such connection to be paid upon payment of the above-referenced sum. Any individual obtaining a permit to make connection to the sewer lines of the town shall further pay the sum of $200 to the town at such time as said sewer tap is ready for inspection by town personnel.
