In order to classify, regulate and restrict the height and bulk of buildings; to regulate the area of yards and other open spaces about buildings; to regulate the intensity of land use; and to promote orderly growth within the city, the following zoning districts are established:
(A) Agricultural District (RA);
(B) Single-Family Detached Residential District (R-1);
(C) Multiple-Family Residential District-1 (MF-1);
(D) Manufactured Home Park District (MH-1);
(E) Manufactured Home Subdivision District (MH-2);
(F) Local Business District (B-1);
(G) General Business District (B-2);
(H) Light Industrial District (I-1);
(I) Heavy Industrial District (I-2);
(J) Planned Development District (PD);
(K) Thoroughfare District (overlay) (THOR); and
(L) Flood Hazard District (overlay) (FH).
