§ 50.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Section 50.01. Any person, firm, partnership, corporation or other legal entity violating this section shall be fined not more than the maximum amount permitted by state law, for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day of violation.
   (C)   Section 50.15. Any person, firm, partnership, corporation or other legal entity violating this section shall be fined not more than the maximum amount permitted by state law, for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day of violation.
