§ 153.09 SCHEDULE OF SIGN STANDARDS.
   No signs shall be erected, placed, displayed or located except in accordance with the schedule of sign standards, as shown on the following graph.

For pylon type signs for shopping centers, industrial complexes and similar type uses in general business and industrial areas, see §§ 153.07 and 153.08.
(1) Not applicable to rental of single units in multi-family or commercial uses.
(2) May have either reader board/directory, in addition to identification signs.
(3) See § 153.05 for additional regulation.
(4) Setback requirements only apply to ground-monument, pole and billboard signs.
(5) Only one sign per model home is permitted.
(6) The maximum height restriction is not applicable to wall signs.

§ 153.10 ADMINISTRATION.
   (A)   The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to enforce all the provisions of this chapter. Upon presentation of proper credentials, he or she or authorized representatives may enter any building, structure or premises within the city to perform any duty imposed by this chapter.
   (B)   The Mayor may order the removal of any sign erected or maintained in violation of this chapter. The Mayor shall give 30 days’ notice in writing to the owner of such sign or of the building, structure or premises on which such sign is located, to remove the sign or to bring it into compliance. The Mayor may remove a sign at cost to the owner, immediately and without notice, if in his or her opinion, which shall be final, the sign presents an immediate threat or danger to the safety of the public.

§ 153.99 PENALTY.
   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of this chapter or failing to observe any provisions thereof shall be deemed guilty to a Class C misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than the maximum amount permitted by state law, for each offense. Each day a violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
