§ 114.03 LICENSE REQUIRED; NONTRANSFERABLE; EXPIRATION DATE.
   (A)   No person may engage in emergency wrecker service inside the city without an emergency wrecker service license.
   (B)   Emergency wrecker service licenses, which are not assignable or transferable, expire on December 31 of each year.
