Following the issuance of a permit as otherwise provided herein, the applicant shall place a notification of such issuance in the legal notice section of the local newspaper with the largest daily circulation in the city. Such notification shall be published no more than thirty but no less than five days before any drilling activity begins. Said notification shall state with particularity the name of the permittee; the designated name of the well; the well location, identified by streets and other readily identifiable landmarks sufficient to inform the reader as to the exact location of the well; and the anticipated date for drilling activity to begin.
