(A) The following is prohibited: parking of all vehicles within ten feet of the pavement on either side of Highway 274, in an area beginning at the intersection of the old Tool-Flag Lake Road and Highway 274, thence in a northwesterly direction along Highway 274 for a distance of 1,000 feet. Any person or persons violating this division (A) shall be guilty of illegal parking and shall be punished, upon conviction, by a fine not to exceed $50.
(B) The following is prohibited: parking on the west side of Highway 274, at a point of 0.2 miles north of Avant Road, four miles south of Mason, 0.1 mile in length. The location is identified as TXDOT stockpile site, unit 01, stockpile 45, DHT 11556; providing for erection, two signs at location providing for a penalty. From and after the publication of this division (B), and after the erection of the signs described in this division (B) hereof, it shall be unlawful to park any vehicle of any type, or to leave in place any trailer, object or any other type of obstruction in the defined area. The State Department of Transportation shall erect not less than two signs on the west side of Highway 274 at the above noted location. These shall meet the approval of the State Department of Transportation, which state on their face in standard print which meets state requirements “NO PARKING”. Any person who shall violate this division (B) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, fined not more than the maximum amount permitted by state law, for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day of violation.
