(A) A listing of all locations in the city where stop signs are located, as adopted and amended by the City Council from time to time, has not been reproduced here, but shall be maintained on file in the office of the City Secretary.

(B) It is officially established and hereby declared that two “stop signs” are placed at the junction where Field Road joins Arnold Hill Road. Further, be it officially established and hereby declared that the junction where Field Road joins Arnold Hill Road is a “dangerous intersection” and that a sign, declaring such, is placed on Field Road as said road reaches Arnold Hill Road.
(C) (1) The intersection of Arnold Hill Road and the county road leading into the Arnold Hill Addition is hereby declared a four-way stop zone, and that stop signs be placed at said intersection designating it as a stop zone.
(2) It shall be unlawful for any vehicle of any kind approaching said intersection from any direction to fail to come to a complete stop at said intersection.
(3) Any abuse or violation of this division (C) shall constitute a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine not more than the maximum amount permitted by state law, for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day of violation.
(D) Stop signs shall be located at the following locations:
(1) Arnold Hills Addition:
(a) Hillcrest Drive at Arnold Hills Lane (Lakeview Drive);
(b) Lakeview Drive at Hillcrest Drive;
(c) Shady Trail Lane at Lakeview Drive;
(d) Tanglewood Drive at Hillcrest Drive;
(e) Forest Hill Drive at Tanglewood Drive;
(f) Spring Branch Drive at Tanglewood;
(g) Oak Ridge Drive at Hillcrest Drive;
(h) Oak Ridge Circle at Hillcrest Drive;
