Lots, within the City of Tool, that are in violation of the “Tall Weed and Grass Ordinance” for an extended period of time, as determined by a City of Tool Code Enforcement Officer, will be mowed by the City of Tool. The City of Tool will invoice the property owner at a rate of $300 per hour, per man. All work performed by the City of Tool will be billed with a one-hour minimum per man. Each property will also have an additional administrative fee of $100.
