§ 74.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of §§ 74.01 through 74.07 shall be punished by a fine in accordance with the general penalty provision found in § 10.99.

(B) Any person, firm, partnership, corporation or other legal entity violating§ 74.08 shall be fined not more than the maximum amount permitted by state law, for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day of violation.
