§ 112.01 DEFINITIONS.
   The definitions used in the general laws of the State of Arkansas pertaining to the regulation, sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages, including liquor, beer and wines, are adopted and made a part of this chapter.

§ 112.02 PACKAGE SALES FOR OFF-PREMISES CONSUMPTION.
   No person, firm, club, either public or private, corporation or association doing business in the city by virtue of a permit issued or by virtue of a Charter from the State of Arkansas permitting the sale of liquor, beer and/or wines for consumption away from the licensed premises shall sell or permit to be sold any package liquor, beer and/or wines on the licensed premises between the following hours of each day of each week as follows: between the hours of 11 p.m. Monday and 7 a.m. Tuesday; between the hours of 11 p.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. Wednesday; between the hours of 11 p.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. Thursday; between the hours of 11 p.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. Friday; between the hours of 12 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Saturday; and between the hours of 12 a.m. Sunday and 7 a.m. Monday.
   No person, corporation or other entity holding a retail beer and light wine off-premises permit shall serve, sell, offer for sale, or give away for consumption off-premises any beer, mixed drinks, liquor, or light wine between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on Sunday through Thursday, or between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
