This zone comprises areas developed or to be developed for placement and occupancy of mobile homes only for residential purposes on individually owned lots and for mobile homesite subdivisions. Regulations are designed to stabilize and protect the residential character of the zone, to promote and encourage a suitable environment for urban living, to prohibit all incompatible activities, and to encourage development, providing open spaces comparable to those of low density residential areas.
