At all times during construction, equipment shall be provided and maintained to remove and properly dispose of all water entering the excavation or other parts of the work until all work to be performed therein has been completed. No sanitary sewer shall be used for disposal of trench water. No water containing settleable solids shall be discharged into storm sewers. The proposed method for the control of groundwater shall be prepared by the developer’s engineer.
