(A) Alleys shall be provided for all lots or parcels of ground intended for business, commercial, or industrial uses; the Plan Commission may waive this requirement.
(B) Alleys may be provided for all lots or parcels of ground intended for multiple-family residential use; the Plan Commission may waive this requirement.
(C) Alleys are not allowed for lots intended for one- and two-family residential uses (those areas zoned R-1 and R-2).
(D) No dead-end alleys will be permitted except under special conditions as authorized by the Village Engineer and the Plan Commission.
(E) No private alleys will be permitted except under special conditions as authorized by the Village Engineer and the Plan Commission.
(F) The alley pavement shall be constructed in accordance with the minimum construction standards set for streets.
