§ 153.085 GENERAL PROVISIONS.

The procedure for submitting the engineering drawings and specifications for the subdivision is stated herein. The Village Engineer shall not recommend approval of the drawings and specifications to the Board of Trustees until all of the information submitted is in accordance with the standards and procedures herein stated.
