§ 110.092 REPORTING VIOLATIONS.

It shall be a violation of this chapter for any licensee to fail to immediately notify the police of any violation of the Criminal Code of 1961 (720 ILCS 5/1-1 et seq.) or any other criminal laws of the state or any ordinances which occur on or in the licensed premises.
