§ 110.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whenever any licensee violates this chapter or the Act, or his or her license shall be revoked and no appeal is taken from said order or revocations or any appeal taken therefor is decided adversely to the licensee, the licenses of said licensee may, in the discretion of the Commissioner, be revoked and forfeited.
   (B)   Whenever any officer, director, manager, or other employee in a position of authority of any licensee under this chapter shall be convicted of any violation of this chapter or the Act while engaged in the course of his or her employment or while upon the premises described by said license, said license shall be revoked and the fees paid thereon forfeited both as to the holder of said license and as to said premises.
   (C)   Whenever a licensee violates any provision of this chapter, then the licensee shall be subject to revocation or suspension of its license and/or fines all as determined by the Liquor Commissioner as set forth under this chapter.
   (D)   At the discretion of the Commissioner, mandatory retraining and certification by an individual, or all employees, management, and owners may be required.
   (E)   Except as provided elsewhere in this chapter, any person who violates any provision of the chapter shall be fined not more than $750 for each offence. Each day a violation continues shall be a separate offense subject to a separate fine for each day such violation continues.
