§ 93.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person violating §§ 93.25 through 93.29 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $500. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue constitutes a separate offense and is punishable as such under §§ 93.25 through 93.29.
