§ 93.26 ABANDONMENT PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person shall abandon any vehicle within the village and no person shall leave any vehicle at any place within the village for such time and under such circumstances as to cause such vehicle reasonably to appear to have been abandoned.

   (B)   (1)   It shall be illegal to part, store, leave, abandon, or otherwise permit or cause any vehicle, material, or any other object or property upon the premises described above, between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
      (2)   Any such vehicle or other property remaining on said premises between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. may be towed or otherwise removed at the direction of village personnel, with the expense incurred therefor to be paid by the owner of said vehicle or property, and/or by the party who caused said vehicle or property to be in violation of this subchapter.
      (3)   Any party who is found guilty of violating the above restriction imposed on the use of said premises shall also be subject to a fine of up to $50 and costs.
      (4)   Village personnel shall cause signage to be placed upon said premises to provide that: “vehicles and other property prohibited on premises between 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.” and specify the place where vehicles may be removed.
