§ 93.06 FINE.

To the extent that notice is served on any person pursuant to the notice provisions of this subchapter and any such person fails to obey a notice provided for under this subchapter, as such person shall be fined $250 for failure to abide by such notice in addition to other costs as provided under this subchapter.
