§ 93.04 VEHICLE REMOVAL.

In the event that such vehicle has not been removed after the notice provided under this subchapter, then the Police Department shall be authorized and directed to arrange for removal pursuant to 65 ILCS 5/11-40-3, 625 ILCS 5/4-201, and other applicable laws as amended.
