Any person having been found guilty of creating, keeping, or maintaining any nuisance who neglects or fails to abate or remove such nuisance within 24 hours thereafter, which nuisance is continued, subject to a likely penalty as that originally incurred for keeping, creating, or maintaining the nuisance.
