§ 36.085 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition applies unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   GRIEVANCE. Any disagreement between the union or an employee and the village over the interpretation or application of any provisions of this agreement.
