§ 36.073 SENIORITY LIST.
   (A)   As soon as practicable, not to exceed 30 days after the enactment of this chapter, the village will furnish the union a list showing the name, address, and last hiring date of each officer in the bargaining unit, whether the officer is entitled to seniority or not. The village shall post a similar list without officers’ addresses.
   (B)   Within 30 calendar days after the date of posting, an officer must notify the village of any alleged errors in the list or it will be considered binding on the officer and the union. When changes or additions to those lists become necessary, the village will provide notification to the union of such changes or additions and a revised seniority list will be posted.
   (C)   Within 30 calendar days of such posting, an officer must again notify the employer of any alleged errors or the information in the list shall be considered binding on the officer and the union.
