(A) Provision of insurance. The village shall provide bargaining unit employees with individual group comprehensive medical coverage. No additional compensation shall be paid to any employee who refuses health insurance coverage.
(B) Benefits and cost sharing. The village shall provide, for the term of this chapter, the foregoing coverage at substantially the same level of benefits and effect on the execution of this agreement.
(C) Group life insurance. If the village provides group life insurance for the general non-bargaining unit employees of the village, it shall provide bargaining unit employees with group life insurance at the same level of benefits and with the same premium contribution requirements as provided for the general non-bargaining unit employees of the village.
