All overtime shall be paid in the officer’s next paycheck. There shall be no provision for compensatory time, i.e., time granted off during a subsequent pay period in lieu of overtime, either at the village’s request or the employee’s request. Work time exchanges within a pay period are only allowed if the village and affected officers all agree.
