§ 36.056 SHIFT EXCHANGES.

Upon no less than 48 hours’ written notice to the Police Chief of an exchange of work shifts, between any officers, and if and only if the exchange of working hours does not create additional overtime payment, the exchange of work shifts shall be allowed.
