Any officer covered by this chapter who is called back to work an assignment which is not contiguous to the officer’s regularly scheduled working hours shall be compensated a minimum of two hours for each call back or the actual time worked, whichever amount is greater. Calculation of actual time worked will begin when an officer reports ready for duty.
