(A) Individual officers residing within the village limits may continue to use a village vehicle for travel between home and work. Any officers who continue to use village vehicles for trips between home and work will be required to deliver vehicles to village maintenance upon reasonable notice. No additional compensation will be paid for delivery of vehicles and the employee must personally arrange her or his own return transportation.
(B) The village will continue to pay Nextel services to full-time police officers who have Nextel cell phone service in the same amount that is provided for Nextel service on village maintenance phones. As long as the village retains this policy, the village will continue to pay this amount. However, the village can discontinue this policy at any time in favor of radios or village owned cell phones, in which case, payment of these amounts shall cease.
