§ 36.033 BULLETIN BOARDS.
   The union shall be entitled to use a bulletin board in or near the Department. Items posted by the union shall not be political, partisan, defamatory, or controversial in nature. The posting and duration of posting must be approved prior to posting by the Chief or her or his designee.
