The village agrees that representatives of the union shall have reasonable access to designated areas of the Police Department premises upon reasonable notice, during normal Village Hall working hours. Such access shall be for the administration of this agreement. The union agrees that such activity shall not interfere with the normal work duties of the employees or interfere with the confidential operation of the Department. The village reserves the right to designate the accessible areas as provided herein.
