The Village of Tolono Public Works Department shall be exempt from the aforementioned burn provisions in order to dispose of tree waste collected in the village, including branches, trunks, leaves and yard waste bags. Burning will be limited to days with minimal winds. Burning will be supervised by a village employee and/or the Tolono Fire Protection Department.
