Whenever meat or meat products are sold by hanging weight an invoice shall be presented to the purchaser thereof, which invoice must contain the following information:
(a) Total hanging weight;
(b) Price per pound for hanging weight; and
(c) Total price to be paid by the purchaser.
In the event that such meat or meat products being sold by hanging weight are cut by the seller and placed in individual smaller packages for delivery to the purchaser, the invoice therefor must contain, in addition to the information set forth above, the total net weight, which net weight shall be the sum of the weight of the individual packages delivered to the purchaser, and also the number of packages delivered and the number and kinds of cuts per package shall be on the above-stated invoice.
