717.19. Compliance with laws.
   Every telecommunications service provider shall:
   (a)   Comply with the customer service standards promulgated by any federal agency with jurisdiction over telecommunications service;
   (b)   Comply with all rules and regulations pertaining to the Americans with Disabilities Act;
   (c)   Comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and all executive or administrative orders relating to non-discrimination;
   (d)   Comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and all executive or administrative orders relating to the protection of customer privacy; and
   (e)   Have all its employees or agents contacting customers outside the office clearly identified as employees or agents of permittee.
