(a) The permittee shall, where agreement can be reached with the owner, use existing poles, towers or other facilities for the construction of its telecommunication system. Each installation by the permittee shall be subject to all existing and future regulatory ordinances of the City.
(b) The permittee shall maintain all wires, conduits, cables, cells and other real and personal property and facilities in good condition. The permittee shall keep accurate, complete and current maps and records of its system and facilities which occupy the public places within the City and shall furnish two (2) complete sets of such maps and records, including as-built drawings, to the Department of Public Service. Annually, permittee shall update the maps and records provided to the Department of Public Service to reflect any additions, deletions or change in the use of facilities located in the right-of-way.
