(a) Upon the immediate approach of a public safety vehicle as stated in Section 331.19, every pedestrian shall yield the right of way to the public safety vehicle.
(b) This section shall not relieve the driver of a public safety vehicle from the duty to exercise due care to avoid colliding with any pedestrian.

(a) No pedestrian shall enter or remain upon any bridge or approach thereto beyond the bridge signal, gate or barrier after a bridge operation signal indication has been given.
(b) No pedestrian shall pass through, around, over or under any crossing gate or barrier at a railroad grade crossing or bridge while the gate or barrier is closed or is being opened or closed.

(a) No pedestrian shall use the sidewalk on Seneca Street beginning at a point 200 feet east of Cherry Street and extending easterly to Lagrange Street.
(b) No pedestrian shall use the sidewalk on the east side of Lexington Street from Baxter Street to Delaware Avenue.
(c) The west side of the 200 block of Smead Avenue between West Bancroft and Monroe Streets, heretofore occupied by a sidewalk area for the use of pedestrians is hereby declared to be a part of a roadway of Smead Avenue between West Bancroft and Monroe Streets for the exclusive use of motor vehicles and other conveyances.
(d) Pedestrians are hereby prohibited from using that portion of the right of way of Smead Avenue hereinabove described and the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to erect suitable barricades and signs as notice to the general public of the aforesaid.
