181.04. Organization and meetings.

The Board shall elect its own Chairperson and such other officers as it deems necessary. It shall prescribe its own rules of procedure and shall keep a record of its transactions and report quarterly to the Mayor and Council. The Clerk of Council shall serve as an ex-officio member of the Board.
