(a) The membership of this Board shall be subject to the confirmation by a majority vote of Council and such appointments shall be made as follows:
(1) 1 citizen shall serve for a term of two years.
(2) 1 District Council member where the honor will occur.
(3) 1 member of the Department of Parks and Youth Services.
(4) 1 member of the Department of Transportation.
(5) 1 member of the Division of Facilities and Fleet Operations.
(6) 1 member of the Law Department.
(7) 1 member of the Arts Commission.
(b) Vacancies in unexpired terms shall be filled in the same manner as the original appointments.
