The Toledo Botanical Garden Board is hereby authorized to accept donations, gifts and membership fees and to charge admission fees and raise funds for the express purpose of defraying the costs incurred in its operations and duties. Any donations, gifts, memberships and admission fees so received are to be deposited in the accounts of the Toledo Botanical Garden Board, Inc., a nonprofit 501-C3 corporation registered with the State of Ohio. The Toledo Botanical Garden Board, Inc. will provide the Toledo Botanical Garden Board and the City with monthly financial reports and an annual audited statement as required for nonprofit corporations.
