The Municipal Cemetery Commission is hereby authorized to accept donations and gifts for the express purpose of supporting non-profit activities regarding development, operation, renovation and preservation of municipal cemeteries. Any funds so received are to be deposited with the Commissioner of Taxation and Treasury in a Municipal Cemetery Commission Trust Account Code 90-6050-5663-T71512. Disbursements shall be made from such Trust by the Finance Director upon presentation of the proper voucher or vouchers signed by the chairperson of the Commission and approved by the Director of the Department of Parks, Recreation and Forestry.
