The Twenty-first Ward shall consist of that part of the City bounded as follows:
Beginning at the point of its intersection of the centerline of Interstate Route 475 and the centerline of Secor Road; thence northerly along the last mentioned line to the centerline of Laskey Road; thence easterly along the last mentioned line to the centerline of Jackman Road; thence southerly along the last mentioned line to the centerline of the Toledo Terminal Railroad; thence southwesterly along the last mentioned line to the centerline of Interstate Route 475; thence northwesterly along the last mentioned line to the point of beginning.
