767.13 Human trafficking awareness.

(a) All sexually-oriented businesses shall display a poster or sign measuring at least 11 inches by 17 inches containing the National Human Trafficking Resource Center (NHTRC) hotline number in a conspicuous and accessible place in or about the premises wherein any person subject thereto is employed.

(b) Posters obtained from the Clerk of Council shall meet the requirement of Section 767.13(a).

(c) In addition to the penalties described in Section 767.99, any sexually-oriented business that violates Section 767.13 shall be fined one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) plus any applicable court costs. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.
