783.11. Inaccurate taximeter to be reported to Director.

If, in the course of his inspection, the Officer discovers a taxicab with its taximeter inaccurate, incorrect or not calculating and registered in accordance with the rate specified in Section 781.05 and posted in the taxicab, he shall not seal such taximeter, but shall notify the Director of such fact.
