783.10. Inspection fee.

A fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be charged for each taximeter inspection, but no charge shall be made for an inspection upon complaint unless the taximeter registers incorrectly, inaccurately or not in accordance with the rates specified in Section 781.05 and posted in the taxicab.
