Every inspection shall include the examination and inspection of every taximeter affixed to the taxicab, every wheel, tire, gear, shaft and every part of the mechanism which may affect or control the operation of such taximeter, and the usual standards of measures and tests shall be used herein by the Officer or an authorized City Inspector to seal all taximeters found correct, accurate and in accordance with the taximeter rates specified in Section 781.05 and posted in the taxicab.
