(a) Any person, firm, corporation, owner, agent, employee or driver of a licensed tow operator who violates any of the provisions of this Chapter will subject the licensee to suspension or revocation as provided herein.
(b) Any person, firm, corporation, owner, agent, employee or driver who violates any of the provisions of this Chapter relative to tow safety licenses or driver's licenses, for which no other fine and/or imprisonment is specified, additionally shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
(c) No penalty other than imposition of suspensions or revocations as set forth in Toledo Municipal Code Chapter 765 shall be imposed upon any person under this section, if such person is punished for the same or related violation under the provisions of the Traffic Code.
